After obtaining a Learning License, you can apply for a Permanent Driving License. This typically involves passing a driving test.

You can print the receipt of your Driving License or Vehicle Registration application/payment using your application number or transaction ID.

Navigate to 'Fee Payments' and then 'Print Application Form / Receipt'.

This service facilitates the temporary transfer of a vehicle's registration to a dealer, typically for sale or resale purposes.
Under 'Online Services', select 'Dealer Services' or 'Other Services' and look for 'Transfer to Dealer'.
Provide the vehicle registration number and details of the dealer to whom the vehicle is being transferred.
Upload necessary documents like RC, insurance, and dealer authorization.
Review and submit the application. An acknowledgment will be generated.
You can pay your vehicle road tax and other related taxes online through the Parivahan portal.

If your Registration Certificate (RC) is lost, stolen, or mutilated, you can apply for a duplicate RC online.
